Verzend informatie
De bestellingen worden meestal binnen 5 werkdagen verzonden, zolang de voorraad strekt. Bestellingen afhalen is mogelijk. Het termijn van verzending wordt verstrekt bij het bestellen. Als u een snellere levertijd wenst, neem dan voor de aankoop contact op door een mail sturen naar: studiofleurpeters@gmail.com. Alle bestelling worden verzonden in een waterdichte verpakking met PostNL of DHL. Let op! Kleuren op de foto kunnen altijd afwijken van het echte product. Op de foto`s zijn de kleuren zo nauwkeurig mogelijk afgestemd met het fysieke product.

Retourzendingen
Alle producten zijn handgemaakt, daarom kan een product afwijken van de getoonde foto in de webshop. Alle producten worden voorafgaand aan verzending grondig geïnspecteerd om ervoor te zorgen dat uw producten met de hoogst mogelijke standaard verstuurd worden. Bij een productiefout komen de producten in aanmerking voor reparatie of vervanging. Bent u niet tevreden over het product? U mag uw aankoop binnen 14 dagen retourneren. Voor retourzendingen kan u contact opnemen via studiofleurpeters@gmail.com

Let op: wij zullen de bestelling zo snel mogelijk, maar uiterlijk 30 dagen na ontvangst van de betaling uitvoeren, tenzij een langere leveringstermijn is afgesproken (bijvoorbeeld voor maatwerk bestellingen). Indien de bestelling verder wordt vertraagd of blijvend onmogelijk wordt, wordt de klant hiervan zo spoedig mogelijk na het plaatsen van de bestelling op de hoogte gesteld. De afnemer heeft in dat geval het recht om de overeenkomst zonder kosten te ontbinden. Wij zullen het betaalde bedrag dan zo spoedig mogelijk terugstorten, (uiterlijk 5 werkdagen).

Wij respecteren uw privacy en zullen geen informatie delen met derden. De informatie die u verstrekt, wordt uitsluitend gebruikt voor transactie- en verzenddoeleinden.

Send information
Orders are usually shipped within 5 business days, while supplies last. Pick up orders is possible. The shipping time is provided when ordering. If you require a faster delivery time, please contact us before purchasing by sending an email to: studiofleurpeters@gmail.com. All orders are shipped in waterproof packaging with PostNL or DHL. NB! Colors in the photo may always differ from the real product. The colors in the photos are matched as closely as possible to the physical product.

Returns
All products are handmade, therefore a product may differ from the photo shown in the webshop. All products are thoroughly inspected prior to shipment to ensure that your products are shipped to the highest possible standard. In the event of a manufacturing defect, the products are eligible for repair or replacement. Are you not satisfied with the product? You may return your purchase within 14 days. For returns, please contact studiofleurpeters@gmail.com

Please note: we will process the order as quickly as possible, but no later than 30 days after receipt of payment, unless a longer delivery period has been agreed (for example for custom orders). If the order is further delayed or becomes permanently impossible, the customer will be informed of this as soon as possible after placing the order. In that case, the customer has the right to terminate the agreement without costs. We will then refund the paid amount as soon as possible (no later than 5 working days).
